Marketing Scientist
Engineer virality for consumer mobile apps — organic and paid — with vibe-coding tools as your leverage.
Alongside DansUGC we launch consumer mobile apps and grow them with our own UGC engine. We don't want someone who posts and hopes. We want a marketing engineer: someone who treats virality as a system to build, and uses Claude Code, Codex and friends to build the tools, pipelines and experiments that make one person move like a team.
What you'll do
- Engineer organic growth for our B2C mobile apps on TikTok, Reels and Shorts: formats, hooks, accounts, cadence.
- Run paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok, and read CAC, ROAS and retention honestly.
- Vibe-code your own leverage: scrapers, trend trackers, creative generators, posting pipelines, dashboards — whatever removes you as the bottleneck.
- Turn what goes viral into repeatable systems, not one-off hits.
- Run experiments at volume, and kill what doesn't work fast.
What we're looking for
- High agency. You don't wait for a brief, a tool, or permission.
- Real expertise with vibe-coding tools — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor — and things you've shipped with them.
- You've grown a B2C consumer mobile app, organically or with paid, and can show the numbers.
- You think in systems and experiments, not in individual posts.
